EJO’s Mission

E-JazzOnline.com will offer jazz musicians an easy, affordable and interactive promotional, marketing and distribution solution. E-JazzOnline will use innovative and traditional advertising methods to expose the art of jazz music to a worldwide audience. E-JazzOnline will be the conduit between the artist and their audience.

EJO’s Distinctiveness

Online music distribution has become a viable factor in the mainstream music industry. EJO provides jazz artists with a venue for distribution, promotion and marketing that will provide them with more effective exposure and resources for their current and new fans.

EJO Exclusive Resources

• The Artist Weblogs or “blogs” are available to all EJO Artists to use as a journal or a way to communicate with their current fans and develop new ones. The artists have the control to post their own entries and reply to comments posted by fans.
• The Sponsor-An-Artist program is a resource for artists to receive support to continue their work by providing the opportunity for fans to contribute the funds to their current campaign or an upgraded level of promotion.
• The Book-An-Artist program is a resource that potential managers and booking agents may use to request and receive information for any EJO Artist in order to book a gig.

EJO Listings

Basic Registration Annual Fee ($250.00 USD) provides:

Studio Listing

• The Artist's name, photos, biography and personalized E-JazzOnline business cards
• CD(s) title, cover picture, project description and Three 30 second sample cuts from the CD
• A link to the Artist's website and/or email address, to add the CD to the shopping cart for purchase, to request booking information, and to sponsor.
• A link to the Artist's Blog and blog ad on Artist’s page: All EJO Listed Artists have the option of maintaining a weblog, that the Artist can access and update. Use of EJO's "blogs" are governed by EJO's Artist Agreement and Terms of Use.

Listing Upgrades

Featured Artist Listing

$50.00 USD per month in addition to the Studio Listing Fee or may be purchased annually for $500.00 USD, due at time of submission of agreement.

Featured Artist Listing will include all of Studio items plus:

• Six 30 second sample cuts from the CD
• EJO home page image, with text links to page, rotate on refresh with other Featured Artists
• Accomplishments Listing

Headliner Listing

$100.00 USD per month in addition to the Studio Listing Fee or may be purchased annually for $1,000.00 USD, due at time of submission of agreement.

Headliner Listing will include all of the Featured and Studio items plus:

• Prominent EJO home page image, rotating dissolve, with text links to page, with other Headliners
• Nine 30 second sample cuts from CDs
• EJO Review
• Media downloads

Become an EJO Listed Artist

1. Download the Artist Agreement Download EJO Artist Agreement
2. Review and then print for signature and mail to EJO headquarters with Listing Fee and CD’s. Details are further described in the agreement.

   • Option to register online – go to Artist Registration page
   • All content is provided by you. Preference is all materials in digital formats: images as JPGs, music samples as Mp3s and text as doc, txt or rtf. EJO is happy to help prepare these materials.
